Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and shipped out within 48 hours. We do not guarantee same day processing or shipping. We process and ship orders Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

UPS Ground Shipping – Estimated Arrival in 2- 5 Business Days.

UPS is our preferred shipping carrier. However we reserve the right to use other shipping partners from time to time to meet your needs.

ADI strives to fill every order to its entirety. Any item(s) not available when you order will not be processed. You will be notified by email. You will not be charged for any item(s) not processed. If you wish to still receive these items, you must reorder. Visit ADI.com to check current availability or to reorder the item(s).

We do NOT ship to Post Office Boxes. UPS requires a physical street address.

Yes, we ship to residents of Alaska and Hawaii.

No, unfortunately we currently do not ship outside of the 50 U.S. States.

ADI currently only ships online orders to locations inside the United States.
